I could not recommend another vets anymore than I can you guys!
I have been with Rowan Vets since my very first pet, nearly 20 years ago. There is no better reference for a vet than the one your parents have used for years! Every single interaction with Ruth and her team is faultless, you can see how much every member of the team loves what they do and the animals they care for. Francis looked after Fred (our first dog) so well especially in his older years and was probably one of Francis’ first acupuncture patients. It was comforting to have Francis with us when we had to say goodbye to him and the genuine feelings he had saying goodbye to a dog that he saw every week. We have since lost 2 of our Bichons and the care and love the team gave them (and us) when we needed it has been wonderful. The team now look after our 2 remaining dogs, Abi and Pip. Pip does not like injections and cries like a cat when she sees a needle and so the team give her the love and affection she needs (and the meds to calm her down before she arrives). The nurses come out to see us when we collect our dogs from them and tell us little stories of how they have been behaving and we are comforted when we leave our pets with them knowing they are so well looked after. I could not recommend another vets anymore than I can you guys! You have been there for us at the best and worst times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tina.

Thoroughly recommend
So pleased with our new veterinary practice. We moved to the area from another county and needed an urgent appointment for our fur baby. The reception team are 1st class and our nurse was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting room is spacious and so are the consultation rooms. Car parking is spacious which is a bonus. Thoroughly recommend. - L Wright

Took my dog here and was really impressed
Took my dog here and was really impressed with how thoroughly she was checked. My dog has quite bad anxiety issues but this was kept to minimal levels by how kind and considerate the vet was of her nervousness. - Z
