Over the past 12 months we have made some internal staff changes. This has been to support an increased workload in back office administration. Rachel, who used to be a part of the client care team, is now part of the administrative team, supporting the finance manager with insurance claims and client financial accounts.
Our client care team has also seen some lovely new additions. Gone are the days where a receptionist sits at a desk filing her nails, answering a few phone calls. This role is #fullon and requires skills in communication, customer service, administration, products and services, technology not to mention good vet wrangling skills! These staff have a very tough task of learning everything very quickly with a #smile on their face. They’ve all taken on the challenge with gusto!
Our first new member of staff is Emily. Emily came to us back in November 2020. In previous roles, she has worked with children with special needs. She has two dogs and loves animals. Emily has really enjoyed making sure that when a pet visits Rowan, they feel loved and welcomed. She is really enjoying being hands on and is enjoying the challenge of a busy practice.
